Renovation of Art Deco Theatre, Malden Massachusetts
Worked with the City's Historical commission and designer, Bruce Danzer and Flansburgh Associates. General Contractor was Gilbane Associates. The work included cornice, proscenium, medallion and upper frieze, and all gold fixtures.
